Exercise: Koki-Ho: Sending Reiki with the breath


  • Connect with Reiki.
  • Take a deep breath in, then deliver your lips collectively.
  • You probably have taken Reiki 2, draw the Energy Image along with your tongue (if not, simply depart this step out), then preserve the tongue pressed in opposition to your higher enamel. If not, simply depart this step out.
