Sit in meditation posture (see Seiza).
Begin with Kenyoku-Ho.
Connect with Reiki.
Place your fingers both in your thighs, palms up, or in Gassho.
Repeat a Reiki precept for 5 minutes, or longer if you want. Select whichever appears acceptable. In case you are anxious, use ‘I cannot fear’, and so forth.
Cease repeating it and spend a couple of minutes observing how you're feeling.
Place your fingers in Gassho to thank Reiki.
