Exercise: Repeating the ideas

I discovered this train from Reiki Grasp Frans Stiene and discover it exceptionally highly effective.

  • Sit in meditation posture (see Seiza).
  • Begin with Kenyoku-Ho.
  • Connect with Reiki.
  • Place your fingers both in your thighs, palms up, or in Gassho.
  • Repeat a Reiki precept for 5 minutes, or longer if you want. Select whichever appears acceptable. In case you are anxious, use ‘I cannot fear’, and so forth.
  • Cease repeating it and spend a couple of minutes observing how you're feeling.
  • Place your fingers in Gassho to thank Reiki.

I might solely repeat one Reiki precept at a time.
